XCOM 2 is now available on Android

The game has been developed by Feral Interactive, those in charge of creating other top-level titles for mobile phones such as GRID Autosport, Company of Heroes or ROME: Total War.

XCOM 2 is the sequel to the 2012 title XCOM: Enemy Unknown and it was originally released for computers and consoles such as PS4 and XBOX in 2016. In it, our mission will be to defend Earth from an alien threat, and only XCOM forces can stand up to them. For this you will have to recruit different members (with different skills and statistics), train them and send them into battle.

Since it is the “Collection” version, the different DLC, which ensure hundreds of hours of play.

In order to run XCOM 2 on a smartphone or tablet, you need to have a version equal to or higher than Android 9 Pie. Additionally, Feral Interactive has published a list of supported devices officially that, although it does not collect all devices that are compatible with the game, serves as a guideline in determining what characteristics should a mobile have in order to run this title:

XCOM 2 Collection for Android has a price of 27.99 euros for the complete collection, including the base game and its different DLCs. A price that is high for a mobile game, but that does not seem so much if we consider that it is a title released on PlayStation 4, which was once based on the advanced Unreal Engine 3.5 graphics engine.
