As planned, HTC today officially unveiled the new HTC 10 Evo, the global version of the HTC Bolt that we met several weeks ago, and that, this time, just as we read in Android Authority, it can be bought around the world.

As is evident, between both devices we will not find notable differences beyond a slight change in terms of its storage capacity, as well as in terms of the colors in which the terminal will be marketed.

HTC 10 Evo, features and specifications

As I was telling you, the characteristics of the HTC 10 Evo remain exactly the same as those of the original. Among them, the 5.5-inch QuadHD SuperLCD display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection, a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 2.0 GHz and 3 GB of RAM. All this accompanied by Android 7.0 Nougat with Sense 8, and powered by a 3,200 mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0 fast charge.

Its storage, being one of the only differences between the two versions, can be chosen in 32 or 64 GB, while in the case of the Bolt only a version with 32 GB is marketed. Whichever is chosen, it can be expanded with microSD cards up to 2 TB.

If we go to its photographic section, we are going to find a 16 megapixel main camera with f / 2.0, OIS and PDAF, while the sensor on the front stays at 8 megapixels. also with a 2.0 focal aperture.

Among other details of this device, it is necessary to highlight the resistance to water and dust at IP57 level, NFC chip, as well as a fingerprint reader located on the front and some adaptive BoomSound speakers, which offer the possibility of adapting to the environment to improve the listening experience. Of course, as in the HTC Bolt, we did not find a trace of the 3.5 mm jack, fortunately, HTC includes with the device a headset with a USB Type-C port.

HTC 10 Evo, price and availability

If in the case of the HTC Bolt we informed you that it was an exclusive version of the American operator, Sprint, in this case we have good news, and that is The HTC 10 Evo will be sold globally, although yes, only from the HTC official website.

At the moment we do not have data on the price or the date of market launch of the terminal, although its cost should not differ too much from the 600 dollars that the HTC Bolt costs in the US market. What we do know is that the terminal can be purchased in three different colors, these being , silver and gold.
