As we anticipated a few weeks ago, Nothing has just presented the first device in its catalog, the Nothing ear (1), some TWS headphones with a transparent design which makes them unique as they do not look like none of its rivals in this segment.

This revolutionary design applies to its square charging case which is also transparent, which is finished with dimples similar to those found on a golf ball and features a fisheye-shaped indentation to keep the headphones secure. These headphones have a design similar to Apple's AirPods, but differ from them by their flat rod and for its dual-tone color scheme.

The company claims that every aspect of the design of these headphones does its job and, for example, the red and white dots They tell us which one is the right earphone and which one is the left one.

Each earphone weighs only 4.7 grams and has three liquid silicone pads customizable to ensure that it fits properly in any type of ear canal and is therefore as comfortable as possible for all types of ears. The design of its rod is also really functional, because its flat surface is ideal for operating touch controls.

Comfort in the ear is one of the strengths of Nothing Ear (1)

These touch controls allow us play or pause playback with two taps, switch songs with three taps, activate or deactivate noise cancellation with a long press and increase or decrease the volume by sliding up or down.

One of the most outstanding characteristics of the Nothing ear (1) is that they have active noise cancellation (ANC) both during music playback and during calls. This noise cancellation is achieved thanks to the implantation of three high definition microphones on headphones.

This functionality has three modes: on, off and transparent and, in addition, from the application for mobile devices, which is available for both iOS and Android, we can customize noise cancellation level.

The Nothing ears (1) also have a great sound quality thanks to the presence of one 11.6mm driver in each earbud. In this regard, Nothing has partnered with the company to improve the quality of the audio and offers us four preset options to customize the sound according to our preferences.

Another section that we must highlight about these headphones is their autonomy, since we can get up to 4 hours of battery life on a single charge and ANC on, increasing until 6 o'clock with noise cancellation turned off. Its charging case, which has a 570 mAh battery, provides us 24 hours additional battery power with ANC activated and 34 hours additional battery if we have it deactivated.
